Zen Zone Driving School will not be responsible for any monies paid directly to the franchised driving instructor. This contract is between the instructor and the student.
Unless 48 hours is given, any lesson cancellations will be charged at your current lesson rate.
All students must carry their UK provisional licence with them to all lessons. It is a legal requirement to declare if you are on a driving ban to your instructor on the first lesson.
All Block Booked lessons and Intensive Courses must be taken within 6 months of purchase. There will be no refunds after this period. Zen Zone are under no obligation to start lessons after this period.
If a refund is requested after the purchase of a block booking, a £50 admin fee will be deducted after the 7 day cooling off period.
If a refund is requested during any point of an intensive course a £150 will be deducted from the overall cost to cover admin and driving test fees.
Your instructor has the right to withdraw the use of their tuition car for the day of the driving test if their opinion is that you are not at the required test standard.
If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved directly through your instructor then please contact Zen Zone Driving School and your complaint will be dealt with in the strictest confidence within 14 days.
